Jawatan Kosong ADMIN CUM ACCOUNT ASSISTANT in Klang

Administrative Duties:

• Provide administrative support to the office, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating office supplies.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Maintain and update office files, records, and documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Manage and coordinate office activities and events.

Accounting Duties:

• Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, handle billing inquiries, and ensure timely payments.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles, with a strong understanding of office management and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
