Cafe Crew bertanggungjawab membantu dan menyokong operasi harian cafe secara menyeluruh, termasuk menyediakan perkhidmatan pelanggan, membantu tugas-tugas waiter, mengurus kebersihan dan kekemasan kawasan cafe, serta memberi sokongan operasi di kiosk, stall dan bahagian lain yang berkaitan bagi memastikan perjalanan perniagaan berjalan lancar, teratur dan efisien.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Membantu operasi harian cafe mengikut keperluan semasa.
• Menyokong tugas waiter dalam melayan pelanggan dan menghantar pesanan makanan/minuman.
• Membantu pengendalian kiosk, stall dan ruang jualan yang berkaitan.
• Menjaga kebersihan, kekemasan dan susun atur kawasan kerja.
• Membantu penyediaan bahan, stok dan keperluan operasi harian.
• Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.
• Bekerjasama dengan semua bahagian bagi memastikan pelanggan menerima perkhidmatan yang terbaik.
