Jawatan Kosong Telehealth Resident Doctor in Seremban

Full Time Telehealth Resident doctor

Location: Sendayan , Negeri Sembilan

Qualification and Requirements

1. Completed compulsory service with valid APC and MMC

2. Prior experience in patient care, particularly in primary care, emergency care, or relevant specialty areas.

3. Experience in virtual consultations will be an advantage.

4. Ability to navigate and use telehealth software, electronic health records (EHRs), and communication tools.

5. Skills to provide clear, compassionate, and empathetic care.

6. Able to work in shifts including weekends (no on calls)

7. Able to commute to office (Located at Sendayan)

8. Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct virtual consultations, assess symptoms, review medical histories, and provide diagnoses.

2. Develop and prescribe appropriate treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle advice, and follow-up care.

3. Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive health measures.

4. Use telehealth tools to monitor patients' health metrics and adjust treatment plans as needed.

5. Work closely with other healthcare providers, such as pharmacists, nutritionists, and specialists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMRs) for each patient, documenting consultations, treatment plans, and patient outcomes.

7. Adhere to legal, ethical, and professional standards, including patient confidentiality and informed consent.

8. Be proficient in using telemedicine platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and other relevant technology.

9. Provide emotional support and reassurance, addressing any concerns or anxieties patients may have about their health.

10. Ability to manage time effectively, ensuring timely consultations and follow-ups.
