1. Import Logistics & Regulatory Compliance
* Permit Management: Process, track, and manage all CIDB ePermits, COA (Certificate of Approval) applications, and foreign import exemptions (SST / HS Code checks) required for raw material glass imports.
* Customs Documentation: Liaise with freight forwarders to request, verify, and confirm K1 drafts, Bills of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists against issued POs prior to customs clearance.
* Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipment statuses from port arrival to plant delivery, updating the live Logistics Master Tracker daily.
3. Procurement Administration & Data Entry
* Order Entry: Convert approved Purchase Requisitions into official Purchase Orders (POs) in the core system (AutoCount / CSP System).
* System Price & UOM Maintenance: Assist in updating SKU price lists, UOM conversion factors, and preferred vendor profiles in the system under managerial guidance.
* Data Organization: Maintain digital filing systems for all procurement records, contracts, K1 forms, and CIDB permits to ensure audit readiness.
4. Document Matching & Invoice Clearance
* 3-Way Document Matching: Perform preliminary verification matching standard Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Supplier/Forwarder Invoices.
* Discrepancy Reporting: Highlight any price, quantity, or shipping variance to the Manager before routing verified invoice sets to the Finance department for payment processing.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
