SJEE Engineering Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies September 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work programmes.
• Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and identify potential delays.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, and other relevant parties to obtain project updates.
• Prepare and update project progress reports, schedules, and planning documentation.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and critical activities.
• Identify schedule risks and potential delays and assist in developing recovery plans.
• Assist in preparing project progress reports and presentations for management and clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with relevant teams to ensure planned activities are progressing as scheduled.
• Maintain proper records of project schedules, revisions, and progress updates.
• Perform other planning and project-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or a similar role.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and strong interest in project planning are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project or other project scheduling software.
• Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
