Jawatan Kosong Hotel Laundry Attendant in Alor Setar

Responsibility :

- Assist in managing project documentation, records, and daily administrative matters.

- Assist in preparing monthly and project-related reports for management review.

- Assist in monitoring project progress and coordinating daily activities according to the planned schedule.

- Assist in preparing and managing Purchase Requisitions, including obtaining quotations and coordinating with Purchasing and suppliers.

- Assist in maintaining records of purchasing costs and project-related expenses.

- Assist in managing employee attendance and updating employee information in the HRMS system.

- Assist in preparing delivery documents, including IDO, and maintaining related records.

- Assist in maintaining company vehicle usage and maintenance records.

- Assist in managing staff travel applications, arrangements, and related claims.

- Participate in meetings, training, briefings, and management sessions related to operations and projects.

- Provide administrative and operational support to management in coordinating project activities, daily operations, and staff training requirements.

- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external parties on project and operational requirements as required.

- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.

Requirement :

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Agriculture, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of relevant working experience is an advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Willing to travel when required.

- Possess a valid driving licence.

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
