REQUIREMENTS
Stay around Manjoi/Ipoh only. Our HQ office is in Medan Gopeng, IPOH PERAK.
Having an experience in sales is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering questions related to customer enquiry for new and existing customers via whatsapp and walk-in.
• Questions are answered using the workflow and scripts provided. Training to answer questions and prepare quotations will be trained. There is a guide to refer.
• Prepare quotes for potential customers who want to renew vehicle insurance and roadtax by using the system that has been prepared.
• Check the list of customers (Renewal) - undergo renewal reminder notice by processing.
• Sending renewal notices via sms/whatsapp to customers.
• There is no need to leave the office to find customers, the promotion will be carried out by the marketing unit, only answering customer's whatsapp/call inquiries.
• Having background or experience in roadtax matters is an advantage, but those without experience are very welcome because training will be provided continuously, all you need is enthusiasm to learn.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Fast Learn & Focus and want to learn new things.
• Skilled and efficient in using Mobile Phone & Laptop in Software (Word, Excel, System will be taught by the Company).
• Skilled in using social media Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram.
• Looking for individuals who have a positive attitude, and are willing to learn.
