Jawatan Kosong OPERATION SUPERVISOR in Alor Setar

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervision and Management:

• Plan and organize production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, quality control) to ensure smooth production flow.

Quality Control:

• Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards.

Process Optimization:

• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Promote a safe working environment and conduct safety training for staff.

Troubleshooting:

• Address and resolve any issues or problems that arise during production.
• Investigate production problems and implement corrective actions.

Reporting:

• Prepare and submit production reports, including progress, performance, and issues.
