RESPONSIBILITY :

• Incharge of accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure that all supplier invoices/ tax invoices are properly matched with delivery order and purchase order.
• Performs bank reconciliation.
• Issue C/N or D/N.
• Check Invoices/Price.
• Update customer transaction into computer system.
• Prepare sales planning for salesman.
• Check statement after printing.
• Ensure item returned from customer tally with Credit Note.
• Perform any related task as directed by the superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least an LCCI qualification or related professional diploma

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounts Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
• Bahasa (Preferred)
