Jawatan Kosong Logistic Superintendent in Bintulu

1. Develop, implement, and optimize the organization's systems and processes.

2. Develop, implement, analyze variances, and improve the warehouse's annual budget.

3. Conduct daily management in accordance with the requirements of the system, EHS, and 6S to ensure the safety of materials in circulation, the safety of personnel, and the safety of accounts.

4. Be responsible for the initiation and implementation of lean projects in warehousing and logistics.

5. Effectively communicate and coordinate with on-site personnel during work to ensure efficient work.

6. Manage the warehouse facilities and equipment.

7. Be responsible for production and distribution to ensure production needs.

8. Improve labor efficiency.

9. Guide, train, and improve the performance of department personnel.

10. Timely report problems and incidents to the supervisor.

11. Comply with the energy management policy, promote and learn the energy management system, and improve the energy-saving management awareness and quality of department personnel.

12. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
