Jawatan Kosong Regional Sales Manager in Alor Setar

Main Objective of the Job:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be handling few branches that assigned to you in which you need to travel to branches by your own transport. It is crucial for you to plan for the sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales target. There will be subordinates that you have to lead, coach and motivate them to the success directions. To achieve sales target, you may need to understand competitors activities, market information, feedback, latest trend pertaining to the product and pricing so that you are able to derive a better strategies and plans. Besides that, you will have to oversee branches daily operation too in order our branches can operate smoothly. We need you to prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports so that we can know your progress.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and branch sales targets by developing a team of capable, well-trained and performance-oriented sales representatives.
• Monitor sales, analyze data and trends, provides accurate reports on existing and new business opportunities, hold regular service performance and business reviews.
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s sales policies and procedures.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
• Responsible for managing sales administration, customer services activities, and all sales-related information.
• Conduct evaluations on the company's sales performance for analysis and improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in related fields. Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Aggressive and target driven
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership skills, good communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and possessing good follow-up abilities.
• Good time management.
• Able to travel to CHJ Motors branches assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
