Kiong Gay Southern Plasterceil Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies Oktober 2026

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Act as the Branch PIC and main liaison with HQ, coordinating and reporting staff, attendance and operational matters.

Supervise branch personnel and coordinate daily manpower arrangements, including Warehouse and Logistics operations.

Monitor the sales and collection performance of branch Sales Representatives and Sales Admin staff.

Oversee quotations, customer orders, invoices, deliveries and other sales-related documentation.

Coordinate with Purchasing to maintain branch stock at the required safety level and ensure sufficient stock to meet customer orders.

Ensure all relevant branch documents are submitted to HQ on time for accounting and month-end closing.

Ensure branch operations, documentation and staff activities comply with company SOPs and requirements.

Support staff training, onboarding, attendance monitoring and daily work coordination.

Monitor branch facilities, equipment and general housekeeping to ensure the branch is properly maintained.

Monitor the proper use and control of branch assets and resources.

Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, administration, branch operations or supervisory roles.

Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Able to supervise staff and manage branch operations independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL accounting system experience is an added advantage.

Responsible, organised and able to work under pressure.

Willing to travel between branches when required for training, meetings, operational support or other business requirements.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday:

8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (One (1) Saturday off per month)

Location: Semenyih

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
