DOCUMENT CONTROLLER, Kuching(Oil & Gas)

Responsibility

• Devises and implements processes and procedures for document management throughout all project phases.
• Manages physical and electronic file organisation, archival and disposal.
• Organise and facilitate prompt responses to official project correspondences.
• General administration duties

Qualification & Experience

• Good communication skills
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Document Controller, preferably in large scale infrastructure, oil & gas or utilities construction project
• Planning and executing document control processes during design and construction projects, using leading project and document collaboration system such as InEight, Aconex etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Benefits:

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
