Jawatan Kosong RETAIL ASSISTANT / SALES in Alor Setar

Job Description:

Felora Darul Aman Sdn Bhd, a well-established florist retail outlet in Alor Setar, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. If you have a passion for flowers and enjoy helping customers find the perfect bouquet or gift, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and visually appealing.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash or card payments.
• Help with the packaging and preparation of flower arrangements.
• Maintain stock levels and replenish items as needed.
• Assist with inventory management, including checking and receiving deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or issues.
• Promote special offers and new products to customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer interaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia (English is an advantage).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
