Job Responsibilities

• Menerajui sesi live streaming di TikTok Shop untuk mempromosikan produk seperti speaker, audio device, dan gadget.
• Membuat presentation, demo produk, sound test, dan menerangkan kelebihan setiap model dengan cara yang menarik dan meyakinkan.
• Berinteraksi secara aktif dengan penonton: menjawab soalan, memberi cadangan, dan memastikan engagement live sentiasa tinggi.
• Membantu menaikkan sales conversion melalui teknik jualan, product knowledge & komunikasi yang berkesan.
• Memastikan live berjalan lancar dari segi setup, lighting, audio, dan persiapan produk.
• Bekerjasama dengan team marketing untuk merancang content, script, promosi & idea live.
• Kekal kemas, berdisiplin, dan menjaga imej brand semasa live.

Requirements

• Berpersonaliti ceria, berani bercakap di depan kamera, dan tidak malu untuk control live.
• Fasih berbahasa Melayu (Bahasa Inggeris bonus).
• Ada pengalaman live hosting, sales, retail, atau content creation adalah kelebihan.
• Minat terhadap speaker, muzik, atau gadget (training disediakan).
• Boleh kerja hujung minggu / ikut jadual live.
• Komited, disiplin dan mampu kekalkan energy sepanjang live.
