Jawatan Kosong Operations Executive Pegawai Operasi in Alor Setar

Tugas dan Tanggungjawab:
1. Menyelia aktiviti operasi harian dan bulanan, termasuk penyediaan laporan, pengendalian e-mel, menjawab panggilan, pemenuhan dan pengisian tender dan lain-lain dokumentasi penting.
2. Menyediakan dokumen invois dan tuntutan oleh syarikat kepada pihak pelanggan berpandukan projek-projek yang sedang dijalankan, tepat pada tarikh-tarikh penting.
3. Periksa peralatan dan mesin operasi, dan pantau penyelenggaraan am jika diperlukan.
4. Berkomunikasi secara berkala dengan klien/pelanggan untuk menyemak, menganalisis dan buat penambahbaikan dalam operasi perkhidmatan demi meningkatkan produktiviti dan mencegah kerugian.
5. Mengatur dan menjadualkan menyuarat/perjumpaan dengan klien/pelanggan apabila perlu.
6. Bekerjasama dengan Pengurus Kewangan Syarikat untuk sebarang tugas dalam pejabat.

Kelayakan dan Kemahiran
1. Mahir dalam Microsoft Office Suite (Terutama Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel)
2. Lingkungan umur: 25 ke atas
3. Mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Diploma dalam bidang operasi atau bidang yang berkaitan.
4. Sekurang-kurangnya satu tahun pengalaman dalam sektor operasi atau bidang berkaitan.
5. Aplikasi Graduan Baru di alu-alukan.
6. Memiliki lesen memandu yang sah, berserta pengangkutan dan penginapan sendiri.
7. Memiliki smartphone atau telefon bimbit yang berkemampuan tangkap gambar dan ber internet.
8. Kemahiran berkomunikasi yang kuat.
9. Sikap positif dan bersemangat dalam kerja berpasukan kolaboratif
10. Mempunyai kemahiran pengurusan kerja dan kebolehan merancang yang baik.
11. Kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah yang baik.
12. Bersedia dan selesa menyampaikan maklum balas secara bertulis dan lisan.
