Jawatan Kosong Project Admin in Kota Kinabalu

Job Description:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Project Department, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
• Monitor project progress and report status updates to keep the team informed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate project coordination and resolve issues.
• Assist in conducting quality checks to ensure that project standards and compliance requirements are met.
• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure proper maintenance, organization, and filing of documentation for project records.
• Provide general administrative support as needed to enhance department efficiency.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support project needs and department operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role within the property development or construction industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of construction and property development processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, with strong computer literacy skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to learn, hardworking, with a positive attitude and a sense of responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
