Jawatan Kosong Sales Support Assistant in Kulim

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of progressive experience in sales within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and IT savvy.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, independent and hardworking.
• Established connections with specialty gas companies or Semiconductor companies is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience in ERP system, logistics documentations and shipments arrangement with local and overseas forwarders is an added advantages.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting to identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Involve in negotiating the pricing and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Assisting superior to negotiate supplier agreements, contracts, and pricing terms to optimize procurement costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the production team to avoid stock shortages.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in procurement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
• Administration duties such as general filing, logistics documentations & shipments arrangement with local & overseas forwarders
• Knowledge of Import and export cargo handling and customs clearance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• To assist Sales Executive on day to day operations.
• Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
