Finance / Accounts Executive

Location: Genting Highlands, Pahang

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: RM5,000 per month

Benefits: Accommodation provided

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting records
• Prepare daily sales, expenses, invoices, receipts and payment records
• Maintain accurate financial records for the company and outlet
• Handle staff payroll and salary calculations
• Manage EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO) and EIS matters
• Assist with tax filing and other statutory requirements
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, banks and relevant authorities
• Ensure all accounting documents are properly organized and maintained
• Monitor company expenses and payments
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to speak Mandarin / Chinese
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Relevant accounting or finance experience preferred
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting, payroll and statutory requirements
• Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and tax-related matters
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Detail-oriented, responsible and organized
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
