Jobscope

1. Team Supervision & Coordination

• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house (FOH) staff (waiters, cashiers, hosts).

2. Customer Service

• Greet and engage with guests, ensuring excellent service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

3. Daily Operations

• Oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.

4. Inventory & Supplies

• Monitor stock levels of FOH items (napkins, condiments, POS supplies).
• Assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Prevent wastage and manage resource efficiency.

5. Cash Handling & Reporting

• Supervise POS system usage and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
• Ensure accuracy in billing and financial records.
• Prepare basic shift reports (sales, issues, staff attendance).

6. Training & Development

• Train new hires on service standards and restaurant protocols.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Assist in organizing briefings before service.

7. Compliance & Safety

• Enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Ensure staff follow food safety practices.
• Report any hazards or incidents to management.
