• Menyediakan serta mengemas kini rekod dan fail pekerja.
• Memantau kehadiran, cuti dan disiplin pekerja.
• Memastikan pematuhan kepada polisi syarikat serta undang-undang buruh yang berkaitan.
• Menyediakan surat-menyurat berkaitan sumber manusia seperti surat tawaran, pengesahan jawatan dan tindakan disiplin.
• Menyelaras latihan dan program pembangunan pekerja.
• Membantu dalam pengurusan penilaian prestasi pekerja.
• Menyediakan laporan HR kepada pihak pengurusan.
