Key Responsibilities:

Daily Transactions Management:

• Keep accurate records of all daily transactions.
• Update internal systems with financial data regularly.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare balance sheets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.

Invoice and Payment Processing:

• Process invoices in a timely manner.
• Manage the company’s accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Track bank deposits and payments.
• Processing refunds for customers and clients.

Financial Audits and Compliance:

• Participate in financial audits.
• Review and implement financial policies to ensure compliance.

Budget and Expense Management:

• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
• Manage staff expenses, including daily claims and expenses.
• Track and monitor organization expenses.

Salary and Contributions:

• Perform salary transactions and statutory contributions.
• Ensure timely processing of payroll and related contributions.

Sales Monitoring:

• Monitor daily sales reports and verification.
