• Present MommyHana products clearly and enthusiastically to attract and retain viewers.
• Respond to basic customer questions during live sessions to assist with purchase decisions.
• Prepare scripts and talking points for each live session.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new live content and improve hosting style.
• Support basic content creation efforts, especially in preparation for live shows.
• Continuously work on personal hosting performance by reviewing feedback and sessions.
• Report any technical issues or customer feedback to the supervisor.
• Represent MommyHana products professionally during all live streams.
• Build confidence and foundational skills in live commerce, with guidance from senior team members.
• Assist in creating a fun, positive experience for online audiences aligned with MommyHana’s brand.

Requirements

• Less than 2 years in live hosting/ fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum Diploma in any related fields; Degree is an added advantage
• Strong Malay communication skills (English is an added advantage).
• Confident, energetic, creative, able to work independently
• Basic creativity encouraged
• Required to achieve minimum RM50,000 in monthly sales
