We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant who is responsible for supporting daily accounting and administrative operations of the company. This role includes handling data entry, maintaining financial records, assisting in payment processing, and supporting the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely accounting activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

1) Handle daily accounting and administrative tasks

2) Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and data entry

3) Maintain proper filing and accounting records

4) Assist in bank reconciliation and financial reports

5) Support the finance team in monthly closing activities

6) Perform other duties assigned by management

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
