Jawatan Kosong EXECUTIVE , SECRETARY in Alor Setar

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage secretarial / personal assistance and administrative duties:

• Manage calendar, phone call, whatsapps and email enquiry.
• To act as the point of contact between President and internal/external parties
• To perform as a liaison officer between president and all other employee
• Handle confidential documents / meeting recording and need to ensuring they remain secure.
• Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner

Attend meeting and take accurate and comprehensive meeting notes

Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

Managing databases and filing systems

Manage President and C-Suites travelling :

• Check and prepare schedule, accommodation, flight tickets and any other relevant arrangement for domestic and international traveling

Manage Corporate Gift

Manage Event base on Top Management request

Manage Corporate Driver work schedule

Manage personal assistance and administrative duties to directors and family members

Manage directors and family members Logistics - Domestic

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or Degree in related fields
• 1-2 year experience in related fields
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy
• Active listening and good communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to multitask
• Strong time-management and organization skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
