Job Description:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities, both online and offline.
• Create and manage engaging content, including photos, videos, captions, and basic marketing collaterals.
• Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Monitor social media performance, analyse engagement data, and prepare simple marketing reports.
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and technical teams to support product launches and campaigns.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and propose new ideas to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
• Support marketing events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong initiative and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and basic digital marketing analytics.
• Passion for content creation, including copywriting, photography, videography, and basic graphic design.
• Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, or similar software is an added advantage.
• Creative, well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
