Job Scope:

• Group HR Governance & Standardisation – standardise HR policies, salary structures, leave, benefits, disciplinary procedures, and employment documentation across all companies while allowing for entity-specific requirements.
• Multi-Company Payroll & Cost Allocation – oversee payroll for multiple entities, intercompany payroll allocation, shared manpower costing, reimbursements, and proper charging of employee costs to the respective companies/cost centres.
• HRIS & Employee Data Management – maintain accurate employee master data, payroll systems, attendance, leave records, HR dashboards, and personnel files across all entities.
• Performance Management – implement KPI setting, performance appraisal, probation review, confirmation, promotion, increment, bonus, and performance improvement processes.
• Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking – review salary competitiveness, salary bands, allowances, incentives, bonuses, insurance, medical benefits, and other employee benefits.
• Headcount & Workforce Cost Control – monitor approved headcount, vacancies, manpower costs, overtime, temporary staff, outsourced workers, and departmental staffing ratios.
• Employee Engagement & Retention – conduct engagement initiatives, exit interviews, retention analysis, employee surveys, recognition programmes, and action plans for turnover.
• Disciplinary & Grievance Management – manage misconduct investigations, domestic inquiries where applicable, warning letters, grievances, counselling, and disciplinary documentation.
• Industrial Relations & Labour Matters – manage employee disputes, termination matters, retrenchment/restructuring exercises, and liaison with relevant authorities or external advisors when required.
• Recruitment Governance – manage recruitment agencies, recruitment costs, manpower requisitions, approval workflows, interview standards, reference checks, and recruitment turnaround time.
• Onboarding & Offboarding – ensure consistent onboarding, orientation, confirmation, resignation, clearance, handover, final payroll, and exit procedures.
• HR Risk & Compliance Audits – conduct periodic HR audits across all companies to ensure employment contracts, payroll, attendance, leave, statutory submissions, employee records, and HR practices are compliant.
• Vendor Management – manage HR-related vendors such as payroll providers, insurance brokers, recruitment agencies, training providers, uniform suppliers, hostel providers, and outsourced manpower companies.
• Confidentiality & Data Protection – ensure employee information, payroll data, disciplinary records, and confidential HR documents are appropriately controlled.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
