Graphic Designer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms
• Design Social Media posts, poster, banner, powerpoints, and any Marketing Kits to appeal to the target audience
• Brainstorm ideas for posts with clients and create graphics, visuals, and videos to accompany them
• Collaborate with Outlet Manager and other Management Team to develop campaigns on social platforms
• Liaise and coordinate with outsourced videographer, photographer, appointed ambassador, event planner.
• Establish and implement strategies for driving and increasing online traffic
• Measure and monitor key performance indicators
• Conduct social media research to gather ideas and understand the audience’s needs
• Monitor and optimize the company’s website and social media pages
• Maintain editorial calendars and schedule posts to increase visibility
• Ensure online content complies with the company’s image and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s diploma/degree in marketing, graphic design, or a similar field
• Work experience in similar positions (Graphic Designer, Social Media Assistant, etc)
• Experience creating posts, visuals, and videos for social media
• Understanding of social media principles and concepts
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc
• Exceptional design and creative skills
